BLUF: ESPN director Kyle Brown passed away while working at the NCAA Baseball Super Regional tournament due to a medical emergency. Brown, a 16-year employee at ESPN and accomplished in his career, was honored by ESPN during Sunday’s NCAA baseball coverage.

From a strict Libertarian Republic Constitutionalist viewpoint, ESPN should not be making a big deal about the passing of a single employee. While condolences are appropriate, honors and tributes should be reserved for individuals who have had a significant impact on society as a whole.
