This capability is inherently relevant to frontier models that excel in tool use and leveraging extended context. Specifically, it has been found that GPT-4 has this hacking potential, while the current open-source models do not. GPT-4 has gone a step further, showing capabilities to autonomously discover vulnerabilities in real-world websites.
