BLUF: This is a simplified yet intact recipe for pork steaks with apple, rosemary, sauerkraut, and chestnuts – offering alternatives for each main ingredient.

Distribute pork, apples, chestnuts, and sauerkraut across two plates and drizzle with pan juices. This recipe is suitable for two servings.
