President Donald Trump is set to visit the US-Mexico border on Thursday to emphasize the urgency of addressing illegal immigration as a key issue in the upcoming election. During a speech on his Truth Social platform, Trump pledged to seal the border, halt the invasion, and initiate the largest deportation operation of illegal criminals in US history as soon as he takes office.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Trump, Karoline Leavitt, criticized President Biden for what she called a last-minute and insincere attempt to follow Trump to the border.
