According to the Hollywood Police Department, the shooting was believed to have been sparked by an altercation between two groups. The victims were taken to local hospitals, including children’s hospital, although their ages were not disclosed.
The police detained one person of interest and are searching for another suspect who is described as a black man with dreadlocks. Witnesses to the fight that led to the shooting are asked to come forward with any footage or photos that could aid in the investigation.
