BLUF: Avril Haines, Director of National Intelligence, received a Distinguished Leadership Award from the neo-conservative think tank, the Atlantic Council, despite being linked to cover-ups of major state crimes such as drone bombings and CIA torture. Haines also participated in a simulation on coronavirus and pandemics known as Event 201, which explored how government authorities could clamp down on the population using censorship and propaganda from “trusted sources.” Moreover, Haines received consulting fees from Palantir, a data-mining company founded by CIA seed money that has initiated intrusive surveillance operations on Americans and coordinated Ukrainian military operations against Russia in eastern Ukraine.
