Trump’s declaration of war on the American Establishment and his intention to normalize relations with Russia made him an enemy of the CIA and the security agencies, who benefit from the ongoing conflict. Despite his massive popularity among voters, Trump does not have strong support from the Republican Party, which is aligned with the Establishment. Even though media reports suggest Trump may face a 37-count indictment and 400 years in prison, these charges are all rewordings of the same false charge of unauthorized possession of classified documents, and it is uncertain if a former president can be imprisoned due to their lifetime protection provided by the Secret Service. The current state of the US resembles a Gestapo state, where President Biden interferes in the presidential election by prosecuting his rival despite Trump’s significant lead in the polls. Trump’s prospects in 2024 look promising unless he is prevented from running or the Democrats successfully steal the election again, which seems unlikely based on current polls.
